The person needs to be honest and a hard worker who has experience in managing people and interacting with clients.The candidate needs to have had some experience in the operations of a point of sale system and a good understanding of branding and merchandising. The candidate must be able to work in a high pressure environment and must be able implement effective control over the activities of the counter to ensure better results through increased sales and better control. The candidate needs to be presentable and have good interpersonal and communication skills. He or she must be able to work according to targets and budgets.
